NEW RESIDENTS - PLEASE CONTACT VILLAGE HALL TO TRANSFER UTILITY BILL IN YOUR NAME
We are very happy to announce that our new water meter reading equipment has finally arrived! We are also happy to introduce our new water meter reader, Scott Nicol! We will be taking actual readings again starting next month, April 2022. We trust this will make our residents as happy as it makes us. Please keep in mind that the first actual reading we take after months of estimated readings may seem very high. If this happens, it is because we underestimated your usage. We would only have increased our estimates if a resident contacted us and told us they thought we were not charging them enough. If we have overestimated your usage, we will figure out how much we owe you and issue that as a credit on your account.
If you still have concerns about the water, please see the attached letter regarding the chlorine levels in the water. It was distributed a few months ago with the letter regarding estimated water meter readings.
***Creston Residents: Please remember yard waste pickup happens the same week as recycling pickup. Thank you.***
